Our 4-Step Sterilization Process

We don’t compromise on hygiene. Our 4-step sterilization process ensures every dental instrument used is thoroughly disinfected, sterile, and safe for patient use. This rigorous protocol adheres to international standards, providing complete peace of mind throughout every treatment. From start to finish, every tool goes through multiple layers of sterilization, so you never have to worry about cross-contamination or safety concerns.

Step 1 – Ultrasonic Cleaning

All instruments are first soaked in a powerful enzymatic solution and cleaned in an ultrasonic machine to remove any visible and microscopic debris, including blood and tissue particles.

Step 2 – High-Level Disinfection

After ultrasonic cleaning, instruments are immersed in a medical-grade disinfectant solution to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and fungi before moving to the drying phase.

Step 3 – Sealed Pouch Packing

Each instrument is carefully dried and sealed in sterilization pouches that are date-stamped and labeled to maintain sterility until they’re opened for use.

Step 4 – Autoclave Sterilization

Sealed pouches are placed in a Class B autoclave recognized as the gold standard in sterilization technology. The autoclave uses pressurized steam to destroy any remaining pathogens.
